We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We share data only in the limited situations described below.

When an Applicant submits an application, the Employer receives the details necessary to evaluate the candidate: name, education, experience, skills, resume, and application-specific responses. Employers agree to use this information solely for hiring purposes.
3.2 With Applicants (when they view jobs)
Applicants see Employer-provided information including company name, description, logo, and job details. Employer contact details are not shared publicly unless the Employer explicitly enables it.

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing — we never store passwords in plain text.
- All data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS) connections.
- Database access is restricted, monitored, and requires strong authentication.
- Regular security reviews and software updates are performed.
- Sensitive payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment gateways, not by us directly.
Despite these efforts, no system is completely secure. We recommend that you use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials.
