By accessing or using our platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Throughout these Terms:
- "Platform" refers to the InternRaah website and any associated services.
- "Employer" refers to any individual, organization, or entity that lists internships, jobs, or hiring opportunities on the Platform.
- "Applicant" or "Candidate" refers to any individual who registers to apply for opportunities listed on the Platform.
- "User" collectively refers to Employers, Applicants, and any other person accessing the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register an account on InternRaah, you must be at least 16 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update it whenever changes occur.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
- All activities conducted through your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- Ensuring you have proper authorization if registering on behalf of an organization.
2. Rules for Employers
When posting opportunities on InternRaah, Employers agree to the following:
2.1 Authenticity of Postings
- You may only post openings for the organization you directly represent or are formally authorized to hire for.
- All details (job description, stipend, duration, location, skills required) must be accurate and match what will be communicated to hired candidates.
- Any downward revision of terms after selection (e.g., reducing offered stipend) is prohibited and will result in account action.
2.2 Types of Postings NOT Permitted
The following opportunity types are strictly disallowed on InternRaah:
- Unpaid internships from for-profit organizations (exceptions: registered NGOs, non-profits, and specific legal research roles).
- Programs that require Applicants to pay any fee — including but not limited to registration fees, security deposits, training charges, or documentation fees.
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing roles requiring the use of personal social networks for business promotion.
- Modeling or acting assignments from unverified organizations.
- Third-party postings by recruitment agencies without documented authorization from the actual hiring company.
- Positions promoting alcohol, tobacco, gambling, betting, adult content, or other activities inappropriate for our under-18 users.
- Roles involving religious solicitation or promotion of specific sects, personalities, or beliefs.
- Freelance gigs presented as internships or jobs.
- Assignments requiring Applicants to open personal bank accounts, Demat accounts, or trading accounts on behalf of the Employer.
- Screening tasks that require Applicants to submit sensitive personal documents (Aadhaar, PAN card, bank details) at the initial shortlisting stage.
- Sales roles disguised as internships where hiring is contingent on selling products to friends or family.
2.3 Fair Screening & Assessments
- Any assignment given to Applicants must be reasonable in scope, time-bound, and directly relevant to the role.
- Assignments cannot be used to extract free deliverables that benefit your business.
- Screening cannot include tasks like generating downloads, likes, shares, or social media engagement for your accounts.
2.4 Communication & Hiring Conduct
- All communication with Applicants must remain professional and respectful.
- Upon hiring, Employers must issue a written offer letter clearly stating role, compensation, duration, payment terms, and organizational address.
- Agreed remuneration must be paid on time in full — non-payment or delays will result in account suspension.
- Complaints raised by Applicants must be addressed within 72 working hours.
2.5 Applicant Data Usage
- Applicant information received through the Platform may be used only for hiring-related purposes.
- Selling, sharing, transferring, or repurposing Applicant data for marketing or any other use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Rules for Applicants
3.1 Honest Representation
- Provide only accurate information about your education, work history, skills, and other credentials.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in any way.
- Apply only to opportunities relevant to your profile — irrelevant mass applications may lead to restrictions.
3.2 Responsiveness & Commitment
- Respond to Employer or InternRaah communications within 72 hours.
- Once you accept an offer, make sincere efforts to honor it. Last-minute withdrawal or going incommunicado damages the community and may result in your account being flagged.
- If you must decline, communicate transparently and with reasonable notice.
3.3 Data Protection
- Do not share Employer contact details or company data with third parties.
- Use information received through the Platform only for the purpose of pursuing the specific opportunity.
3.4 Reporting Misconduct
- If you encounter suspicious activity, fraudulent postings, or misconduct, report it to hello@internraah.com so we can investigate.
4. Safety Tips for Applicants
To help you stay safe while using InternRaah, please remember:
- Never pay any amount to an Employer for a job offer, training, security deposit, or documentation.
- Do not share OTPs, bank passwords, or one-time codes with anyone claiming to represent an Employer.
- Avoid sharing sensitive documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport) during the initial shortlisting stage. These are typically required only after formal onboarding.
- Verify the Employer independently through their official website, LinkedIn, or a Google search before accepting an offer.
- Read the offer letter carefully. If terms differ from the original listing, raise concerns before joining.
- Be cautious of unrealistic offers. If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is.
5. Payment, Plans & Refunds
- Core features for Applicants (browsing, applying, creating profiles) are provided free of cost.
- Employers may access premium features (highlighted listings, candidate search, priority placement) through paid subscription plans.
- All payments are processed on an advance basis through secure third-party payment gateways.
- EduJr Educational Services LLP does not store card or banking details on its servers.
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Once a paid transaction is initiated with your consent, you agree not to initiate a chargeback dispute with your bank without first attempting resolution through our support team.
6. Content Moderation
EduJr Educational Services LLP reserves the right to:
- Review, edit, or remove any content posted on the Platform.
- Approve or reject job listings before they go live (typically within 48 working hours).
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
- Take legal action against Users engaging in fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activity.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All design elements, source code, graphics, text, logos, and brand assets of the Platform are the exclusive property of EduJr Educational Services LLP.
- The "InternRaah" name, logo, and trademarks may not be used, copied, or displayed without prior written consent.
- Users retain ownership of content they post (profiles, listings) but grant InternRaah a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content within the Platform for its intended purpose.
8. Prohibition on Automated Access & AI Training
You are expressly prohibited from using any automated system, bot, spider, crawler, script, or manual process to:
- Extract, scrape, mine, or copy any content from the Platform;
- Compile Platform data into datasets for the purpose of training or fine-tuning machine learning models, large language models, or artificial intelligence systems;
- Redistribute or resell Platform content to third parties.
Any such activity requires prior written authorization from EduJr Educational Services LLP through a formal agreement. Violations may result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
9. Disclaimers
- InternRaah functions as a connecting platform between Applicants and Employers. We do not employ Users directly.
- We do not guarantee placement, interview calls, or hiring outcomes for any User.
- We make reasonable efforts to moderate content but cannot independently verify every listing or claim.
- Users must exercise their own judgment and due diligence before entering into any employment relationship.
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduJr Educational Services LLP and its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of reputation, arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduJr Educational Services LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Marketing & Communication Consent
By registering on InternRaah, you consent to receive service-related communications (account notifications, application updates, security alerts) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You may also receive occasional marketing messages such as newsletters and job alerts. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.
13. Modifications to These Terms
EduJr Educational Services LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and EduJr Educational Services LLP regarding your use of InternRaah.
